Frequently asked questions
Do customers need to download an app?
No. They tap the card or scan the printed QR, and your review page opens in their browser. It works on any modern iPhone or Android with nothing to install.
Is this allowed by Google?
Yes. Every customer is offered your Google review link after they rate. We never hide it or hold it back, because that would break Google's rules. We simply give unhappy customers a private channel as well, so you hear them first.
How do the NFC cards work?
Each card has a chip programmed with your own review link. A tap opens the page. Every card also carries a printed QR code as a backup for older phones.
Can I use it across multiple branches?
Yes. Add every branch, give each one a manager, and see each location's scans, ratings and complaints on their own, or compare them side by side.
